Our cutting-edge facility enables smooth, fast, and efficient operations, ensuring that freshly harvested produce is dispatched to markets swiftly while maintaining peak freshness. With a daily handling and packing capacity of up to 50 tonnes of mangoes and a static storage capacity of over 200 tonnes, our infrastructure stands among the finest in the industry.

CA Cold Chambers (Controlled Atmosphere Storage)

These chambers maintain precise levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, humidity, and temperature to dramatically slow down the ripening process and preserve freshness for longer periods. This advanced storage method ensures mangoes and other produce reach international markets in perfect condition, even after long-distance shipping.


Pre-Cooling Chambers

Immediately after harvest, fruits can lose freshness quickly if not cooled rapidly. Our pre-cooling chambers instantly bring down the field heat in the produce, locking in flavor, aroma, and texture. This step is crucial for maintaining export-grade quality and extending shelf life.


Ripening Chambers

Our temperature- and humidity-controlled ripening chambers ensure uniform, natural ripening without the use of harmful chemicals. This results in mangoes that have consistent sweetness, aroma, and texture, matching the strict quality standards of premium international markets.


Automated Sorting & Grading Line (Weight-Based Grading)

With our fully automated system, every mango is sorted based on exact weight and size, ensuring uniformity in every shipment. Hot Water Treatment Tanks for Mangoes

As per USA and European Union phytosanitary protocols, mangoes must undergo hot water treatment to eliminate pests and diseases before export. Our advanced hot water tanks ensure precise temperature and immersion time for each batch, guaranteeing compliance with international regulations without affecting the fruit’s taste or quality.


Temperature-Controlled Packing Hall

The final stage before dispatch is just as important as storage and processing. Our packing hall maintains optimal cool temperatures, preventing any spoilage during packaging.
